This is also our first time to visit this brewery. I'm glad to see that they have a lot of unpasteurized sake. I completely forgot about the bad things at work and went into drinking mode. This Sake is a nice change from what I have been drinking recently. It has a sugary sweetness similar to a ripe muscat. There is a Medium mouth feel followed by a slight dryness at the finish for a clean aftertaste. Delicious. 😋

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower⑰. Rikyubai] booth in Osaka. Rikyubai Katanogahara Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-nara Sake. It is quite rich, sweet and delicious. Personally, I like it. @sakebar Fukuzo Osato Sake Brewery is located in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. I checked and there is a Kanbokuto Brewery nearby ✨. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness typical of white malted rice. It is followed by a slight astringency that finishes it off. The refreshing acidity is quite delicious.
