Slightly refreshing aroma. When you drink it, it has a smooth graininess. It has a strong sweetness, and a rice flavor with a sense of tanginess. It is quite full-bodied. The impression of the title "super dry" is different. The alcohol has a pungent taste. Taste level ☆3/5

"Believing in something is a responsibility. Even if the result of believing is not as you expected, it is your responsibility. "I don't recommend it as a liquor store. But if you're buying it for yourself, you might want to keep it at room temperature before drinking it, even though it's raw sake. Even if it fails, it is my responsibility to make the right choice, so don't worry. It's been one month since I stored it. The color is yellowish and reminds me of a strong taste. The aroma is fermented and ripe. In the mouth... the taste is juicy and complex, a true taste of rice! The initial specs are that it is a little dry, but as it ages, the sweetness is brought out and it is very Tsuchida-like. It has the flavor of a dense, rich, umami flavor that brings out so much of the rice flavor, and the flavor deepens more and more to the point that it cannot be described in a single word." This flavor!" The taste develops further from the point where the tongue catches it. On the other hand, if you put it in your mouth and drink it right away, you will be surprised at how easy it is to drink. This is too good to be true... I'm glad the drinker believes in the drinker... Next year, I'm going to try drinking it refrigerated. I wonder what it will taste like. PS...After another month of opening the bottle, a nice fermented aroma comes out. This one's good too!

Ideal for a rich, dry wine with a bitterness that increases after one year of aging, it is supremely delicious.

I'm opening them all up because they are overstocked😅. I couldn't buy it last year and have been waiting for a year. The one I had at the Japanese sake festival was very subtle so I wanted to make sure 🤔. Fresh and fizzy. It has little sweetness, but the gasiness on top of the bitterness is very nice. I'd like to try the sake made with Kame-no-o that comes out around spring.

Japanese Sake Fest Osaka Spring 4️⃣ This is another sake that we brought back from Taido, the brewery we helped at the Japanese Sake Festival😇. This limited edition sake was empty with 10 minutes left until the last minute 😅. When I asked the brewer what to do, he said to open the bottle because some customers still wanted to drink it, so I did. The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt it was very sweet and fruity, but at the end, a beautiful spiciness followed and it was a very easy-to-drink sake. The sake from this brewery has a sake level of around 0, and I was a little worried about the sweetness when I was allowed to drink it on site, but I was told by the brewer that this was the dry type of sake, so I recommended it to customers who prefer dry sake when explaining the sake, and I felt I was right 😇.

When I went to Kobe Kita Aeon today, Daimon Shuzo was there. I heard that it was brewed with Gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone), so I decided to try it. This is my second sake from Osaka. My favorite robust dry sake. It is delicious.

Souvenir purchase from a trip to Osaka (2) This one is also dry and mild on the palate. Light. It has acidity and is fruity. I wonder if Kansai people tend to drink a lot of mustard.

It's been a while since I've had a normal Akagisan! I love the refreshing taste of summer, but the crisp and dry taste during the cold winter months is also very refreshing and special ✨. The clear and beautiful mouthfeel is also reminiscent of the snowy winter landscape! It's also a great choice for warming up during this time of the year. But in my opinion, Akagisan is best drunk cold 😋.

It is no longer a must-have. I've been saving it for a while since I bought it, but I opened it just as it was getting a little warmer! (I'll spare you my impressions.) It has a light, refreshing, umami dry taste and a clean, crisp throat, making it a great choice for the coming season 😌. In my opinion, it is a 🍺 substitute...!

Just by the echoes of the Nebuta, there is also a please-sake, isn't there? I asked him to do so, but he ignored all my requests. So I drank the Momokawa nebuta in loneliness. I don't know what it tasted like, but I deserved it. I'm too drunk 🫣. Well, I don't know about myself, but I seem to be at a level where I can't keep up with both Tokyo and Kansai 😱. He was the only one who saw everything.

This Sake is a nice change from what I have been drinking recently. It has a sugary sweetness similar to a ripe muscat. There is a Medium mouth feel followed by a slight dryness at the finish for a clean aftertaste. Delicious. 😋

It is said to be junmai nama-shu, but while it is youthful, it is also spiky. I expect the mouthfeel would be better if it were laid down a little longer. Despite being junmai, it has a strong alcohol taste like an aruze. It is a strange sake that has a caramel-like matured aroma. The overall balance is well balanced, which is strange. It has a strong flavor, so it would be good with hormone stew, meat dishes with pepper and spices, and very spicy food, or strong food with strong flavor. Alcohol, caramel, cooked rice

Hatsugetsu Yoshino🌕. Soft sweetness, gentle acidity, a little bitterness. Easy to drink and delicious 😋. One that makes me glad I'm in the Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai ✨ This finally completes my post up to May 🙌! I have a little more time today, so I'll get to it 😆.

Nagano sake is delicious 😋. I thought it was sweet, but it seems pretty dry 😋I think it's a great sake for a meal 👍Drinking it chilled is a great way to get a kick out of it👍. I heard one of the hyenas was today's No. 1 😆.

Weekday off for lunchtime drinking. Izakaya in Akabane. I heard from a junior colleague that the hegi soba (buckwheat noodles) is delicious, so I visited the izakaya. First, I had Tsukiyoshino's orikagarami. The taste is gentle, elegant, and attractive.
