I have always been curious about this sake. First, let's take a sip. Smells more like candy than fruit. Banana cake, lychee, yogurt, freshly baked pound cake, very ripe peaches. No sign of activity. Concentrated! Concentrated syrup. Tart on the tongue with a good sweetness, ripe fruit like pears, green apples, and some alcohol as when the fruit is quite ripe. Finishes with bitterness, acidity and sweetness and has a long finish. Good and amazing. Power. It's drinkable with a splash. Shake a few times to mix and drink. Rice, milky smell. The rice flavor, sweetness, and sourness of the rice spread out in a flash, and the doburoku, or doburoku, has a fruitiness that surrounds the main rice flavor, and the bitterness comes in and gives it a nice sharpness. The rice is almost completely melted, so it is smooth and refreshing. Delicious! A few days later, after shaking and mixing, it did not separate even after a few hours. The alcohol feeling gradually faded away, and when I drank it, I could feel the strong rice flavor spreading out, sweet and mellow, like a dessert. A delicious drink.

Doburoku is generally considered to be a rather difficult liquor to drink because of its strong acidity and various other strong habits. But what is this doburoku! It's not so sweet or sour, just enough to give a gentle taste of the ingredients, and it's easy to drink! For those who like that habit, it may be quite insufficient. However, I like it this much better now. Other doburoku seems to take a little more getting used to. The rice mash is not that strong and has a mouthfeel similar to muddy sake. If I am wrong, it may even be easier to drink than the more habitual muddy sake... lol. Combined with the PET bottle container, it felt like Koiwai apple juice. Are my nose and tongue going crazy? I can feel the apple feeling somewhere. The packaging is probably a parody of the classic movie Leon. I found a funny one on Twitter, so I'll post it here.

I bought it after tasting it at Hankyu Department Store. I've said it many times, but it's called "Takarayama" 😅. I'll say it again and again😅. It has a heavy mouthfeel for a fire-brewed sake, but I wonder if it's a raw sake? I got the impression that it was wrapped in a gentle sweetness from start to finish. It also has a lot of acidity. It tastes better than when I tasted it.

Tonight, our first series of impactful jackets here 💁. It's Taxi Driver🚕🚕🚕🚕. It was shipped from the brewery in April this year, but what a H30BY (R0BY) and it's a 5 year aged sake 😆. The aroma of old sake, which also smells like Shaoxing wine, is in full swing from the moment the bottle is opened 🤣. It was served cold, but it is easy to drink because of its acidity. It would be good to drink it warmed up in the fall. ☺️ I wonder if it would go well with Chinese food since it has a Shaoxing sake-like flavor, and I'm going to research how to drink it based on other sakewa reviewers 💪. But it's a very intoxicating drink so I'll stop after one cup 😓.

First drink. Weak fruity feeling that I didn't imagine from the label that has impact. But it is also full. There is a miscellaneous taste (my personal feeling) like the Yamahai brewing style with low rice polishing, but it is a moderate level, so I feel it is unique. When I went back to my parents' house, I didn't have any sake in stock, so I bought this bottle at a nearby supermarket. It was sold for about 1,000 yen in an ordinary supermarket that rarely stocks sake, so I honestly thought it would be good if I could drink it, but it turned out to be a very tasty sake that greatly exceeded my expectations 😆. It has an elegant sweetness and a light mouthfeel that breaks up nicely without any miscellaneous flavours, making it a good all-round sake that can be drunk alone or with food👍. The sake has been awarded the Gold Medal in the Wine Glass Sake Award 2020😄. It's a great sake to drink alone or with food.

Last sake I bought last year as a Kumamoto souvenir. If I have a chance to visit Kumamoto again, I would like to visit Aso and Kikuchi area 😌. The rice used in this is also unknown. A slightly low-alcohol type of Junmai Ginjo So far, this is the most authentic and the driest sake in the HINEMOS range. The mouthfeel is clear, light and refreshing. When you drink it, the umami-sweetness spreads out, and at the end, you can feel the bitterness and spiciness in the throat and nose, and it tightens up quickly. Yes, yes, this is my favorite type 😋. I️ want to spend more time drinking this one.
