Purchased at a supermarket in Karuizawa. Today I am Beian Daikoku Anniversary😇. This sake is a project with Hata Sake Shop and the sake brewery 😀. I saw the brewery's installment and even though I didn't know which brewer's sake it was, I pre-ordered it 🤣. Rafa papa has already written about the detailed taste, so I'll skip it, but anyway, it was a very round sake with no curd at all😇. I guess when you let it sit in the snow slowly, it becomes such a round and beautiful sake😇. It was delicious 😀.

It is a spring sake, but the label is not pink or something spring-like, but for some reason, it has a full moon. My own guess is that it comes from the haiku term "Haru-Manzuki," which means "full moon in spring. But it still looks like a hiyaoroshi. Lactic acidity from the top-tasting aroma. The mouthfeel is silky and light sweetness from the tangy gasiness, and the umami is jiggly. The aftertaste is full of lactic acidity, and the closing acidity and bitterness are robust.
