It is not sake, This was delicious. ‼️ It is a blend of Kasagi's yuzu juice and "Onnajojo" ginjo sake. It is so thick and sweet that you would think it was juice, but you don't feel much alcohol. It has a nice aroma and the bitterness of the yuzu makes it refreshing and easy to drink. Not bad!

Iwamura Brewery's "Onna Jyoshu" purchased during a stroll in Iwamura Castle Town. I bought it because it was highly acclaimed in overseas competitions. I chilled it in the hotel refrigerator and had a glass of chilled sake. It was still a bit limp, but the flavor was wonderful. It has a refreshing taste that is not typical of sake, followed by a full-bodied sweetness and sharpness. I would like to drink it in a wine glass.

6/10 Domaine Akishika. It is said to be a sake made from Omachi produced in a rice field called Kamimura-Omachi. And they say it is aged, so the price is quite expensive. It had a robust flavor and mellow taste. The bitterness that comes in the latter half of the sake was also enjoyable. I had no idea that such a sake was available here.

First time drinking this brand, we had it with my family 😁. I was told that it's good to drink it cold, so I made it very cold ❄️❄️ When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, probably because it was chilled... When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the coldness and the richness of the flavor. And a good amount of spiciness... It's delicious, I can drink it easily 😆😆😆.

The rice used is Gohyakumangoku. I bought it at the end of last year at an antenna store in Toyama. I didn't know about this brand. The color is a light amber. The color is pale amber, and the flavor is just as it should be. It's relatively easy to drink because it's crisp and not overpowering, but it didn't seem to suit my partner who likes floral and sweet flavors. It didn't match well with the grilled chicken, but I think it will swell up with time, so I'll leave it for a while. It's quite a unique sake, and I don't dislike it!

I have had Taitozan before, but I don't remember much about it, so I bought it for the first time in a while. It has a slightly astringent white wine-like aftertaste with almost no sweetness. 100% Kyoto sake rice, celebratory rice Slightly sweet strawberry🍓 like aroma. The mouthfeel is mellow, but then you are surprised by the acidity and tanginess. The aftertaste is elegant, with a hint of strawberry flavor again. The second sip is easy to drink like water without the tanginess, as if you have gotten used to it. It reminds me of Kyoto's obanzai (traditional Japanese food), with a strong but not overpowering character. I was deeply impressed by the fact that this is Kyoto's sake.
