Tonight, I'm back at work after GW, but naturally I'm not very excited 🥴.
This one is brewed with Dewa Sanzu and Kyokai No. 6 yeast.
The aroma is mild without being showy. It is a versatile sake with a soft sweetness and acidity of cucumber and herbs and a clean aftertaste that is also very sake-like 😊.
It is as delicious as the rumors say 😋😋😋😋😋.
