Evening drink at home.
January is almost over, so I drink some of the new sake that I had in stock.
The second bottle was a bottle of Aki Tora Tosa Rei Shiboritate.
Tosa Rei Shiboritate. I drink this every year.
This is also a familiar sake that I drink every year. It has a fruity aroma
It has a fruity aroma and a sweet taste like white peaches.
It is a little sweeter than the first bottle, Sushasen Eiko, but
The bitter taste on the back of the palate is very tight, as one would expect from Tosa sake.
It has a bitter aftertaste. I enjoyed it with simmered peeled fish and boiled eggs.
I enjoyed it with simmered peelings, boiled eggs, and other dishes.
