It is very fruity because of the use of CEL-24. However, it is not as sweet as Kameizumi, Toyonoubai, or Kaygetsu. It is sweet and bitter. The other one I haven't tried is Bikuyo's CEL-24.
I think it's a little bit sweet and bitter like Shibotan's CEL.
