Fruity impression
Very tasty!
However, it is less glamorous than the Toyo Bijin I had the other day, so it may be easy to drink with food or on its own.
Eggy, easy to drink.
The aftertaste is more dry than fruity? But it doesn't leave a huge aftertaste, so it might be a good sake to recommend to first-timers.
I drank it lukewarm, but it was not a strong impression, but rather a soft spread, so even if you don't like it warmed up, it was fine (but I can't drink a lot because I don't like it warmed up that much...)
