せんGaryubai Sparling Cloudy Nigori Type Shuwashuwari. White. Strong taste. Like a lactic acid drink. It seems to be difficult to match with food. Maybe something creamy would go well with it. The alcohol is quite strong. It is good for special occasions when you want to lift your spirits.

せんIt is mildly sweet. It contains brewing alcohol. Rather than pairing it with food, I think it is better to have a little snack with this sake as the star. It is a gentle sake that does not seem to cause bad intoxication.
