I bought two bottles of sake today: ‼️ This one is quite sweet, mellow, and just a little tangy. Gorgeous. The sake is the star of the show, and you can think of dishes and snacks to go with it. It is the type of sake that can play the leading role. It is delicious.

There is a hint of sweet fruit acidity, like malic acid🍎, as well as a gentle white wine🍾 flavor. The pop-up said it goes well with cheese and meat🥩. I had it with cheese🧀. The alcohol flavor is subdued and has the type of depth that complements the food. In that sense, it is easy to use and I recommend it.

Amazing! Yum! I drank it for the first time! I've never had a drink like this before! It's so refreshing and dry. I have the impression that I won't get a hangover no matter how many glasses I drink. Of course, you shouldn't drink too much. But it's so refreshing that I feel like that. I prefer sweet mellow type, but I guess you could say it's a dry type that people like that can also drink. But it is a limited edition, so it may be hard to find.

It has a mild sweetness with a powerful spiciness, and I recognized that this is the kind of sake I like. I bought it at Omasu in Asakusa. I chose a reasonably priced sake with a low rice polishing ratio. It's a nice, intoxicating sake. It goes great with salty snacks. It was actually an adventure because I didn't know about this sake, but it turned out to be a hit 👍.

Aged 3 years, limited to 83 bottles! As the label says, it seems to be an unusual sake with an unusual structure. The taste is so-so, sweet, mild, just a little sour, and intoxicatingly enchanting. This is good.

Clean, clear, refreshing sake🍶. Very tasty. Yesterday I drank another brand of Eiko-Fuji. Today I was planning to stay home because I thought a typhoon was coming, but surprisingly it was sunny, so I went to eat a limited time soft ice cream 🍦.
