Light, sweet, and fragrant sake
Light, but with a strong flavor.
It is easy to drink because it is sweet but has a good amount of astringency.
The aftertaste is sharp and alcoholic.
This sake is made by Kubiki Shuzo in Joetsu, Niigata Prefecture.
They also make quite good sake!
This sake has a bit of an alcoholic feel to it, but not bad.
I was told it would go well with the horse mackerel and kawachi-bankan tangerine.
It has a kind of astringency, but when combined with citrus fruits, the fruity taste suddenly spreads.
