A friend of mine introduced me to this❣️. Mmmmmm, fruity flavor and sweetness😻 It's like a sweet white wine 🎵. But the aroma and flavor of koji comes after 😻😻 It's sake after all 🎵 This is fun 😋. It's low alcohol (8%) so it's easy to drink 👍. But I looked it up on the internet and it's a raw sake 😳. So they can make low alcohol sake 💦.

A sake store in Joetsu, Niigata that I have wanted to visit for a long time. Kiraku. First of all, I would like to pay my respects to my hometown, Joetsu. Tsukifumi-no-ike pond is a famous place in Itoigawa, and is said to be located in a dense forest, making it difficult for the moon to be reflected in the pond. Local Takananishiki grown by the brewer. It is said to be full-bodied and sharp, but it is very sharp. This is the mainstream of Niigata-Joetsu sake.

Purchased at Takashimaya event😆👍 Out of the three types, I️ started with the Tsukiyomi no Ike. The aroma is nothing but semedyne smell💦. The taste is like a matured sake, but not fully matured so it's easy to drink for a matured sake😅💦. I just don't like it on the web. I'll try to warm it up next time and enjoy it!

BATON TOUCH No.3 Sweet Summer and Japanese Hakka The refreshing aroma of citrus fruits, the gas from the second fermentation in the bottle is pleasant, and the bitterness and spiciness of the Japanese Hakka on the back end make it easy to drink 🍶😋😋😋. It's like a juice, but it's delicious in its own way.

LIBROM x UNITEDARROWS x Hamadaya Sake Shop Smoothie Sour Sake Banana🍌🍌🍌 It's a craft saké called Smoothie Sour Sake, which is made by LIBROM's doburoku process with a large amount of domestic bananas. ☺️ The aroma and quality of the sake is similar to that of a plum liqueur, but the banana flavor comes through in the aftertaste. When mixed with the sedimentary layer, it turns into a thicker, thicker Doburoku. The last sake I purchased on my GW Niigata trip. I opened Hishiko. As stated on the label, it had a mellow sweet sake quality that brought out the aroma of the yeast, the umami of the rice, and a beautiful sweetness. It has a clean aftertaste, making it an excellent choice as a mealtime sake. I would like to try it again on my wonderful trip to Niigata.
