A summer-only light nigori (nigori is a light, unadulterated sake). The alcohol content is light at 9 degrees. It has a refreshing sweetness and acidity reminiscent of citrus fruits. The bottle and labeling are stylish. You can enjoy sake in a fashionable way.

Beau Michelle's light nigori 😍✨ discovered by accident in Osaka. I didn't think I'd be able to drink this this year❗️I bought it right away❗️ I'll be back in a few days! It's almost overflowing with the sizzle 😮️❗️ It's fruity like a fruit wine on the palate⁉️Is this really sake? It's 9% and 500ml, so naturally I finished it in one night🤣.

I bought this at Mori Sake Brewery on my last trip to Hirado! The president of the company was in charge of the cash register that day😆. He politely introduced us and told us that it tastes best chilled in a wine glass! Sweet and sour from the aroma Tastes like plum wine Slightly sticky texture A little sweet but not too sweet Slightly rice bran-like, but you can sense the grains and nuts that only low-polished rice can provide But still sweet 😃. Sweet and delicious as a dessert wine I had it with Nagasaki Fukusado sponge cake a few days ago Champagne split today 🤣. Half and half Pour in a 1:1 ratio Marriage of Philando and Champagne 😉. Makes it less sweet. Maybe just the right amount of sweet 🤔.

It keeps raining ☔️. We pray for the safety of everyone in the area! Now, for a change of pace... apple pom poms 🍎😊. Sweet and sour, apple & sake lees, or apple flavored amazake. The alcohol content seems to be light at 7%, but it is definitely sake. No, not sake like sake😅. I recommend chilling it to fully enjoy the sweet and sour taste, as the sakeiness will win at room temperature👍.

It's called Junmai, but it doesn't say what the rice polishing ratio is, so I guess it's treated as a regular sake. Yes, it is apple-like as the name suggests. It's very light, like water. You can drink it like juice, but some people might not like it enough. It really tastes like an apple!

I bought this because I wanted to drink something sweet and sour due to the hot weather. The fact that it is made from apples is really Aomori-like👍. When I opened the bottle and poured it, it had a strong acidic and crisp aroma. It has a strong acidic and crisp aroma. The taste is silky, sweet and sour, and it tastes more like apple cider vinegar than apple, which is good for the body. Although it is sweet and sour, it is not sharply acidic, but rather rounded with sweetness, making it easy to drink! Red and Jonagold apples, apple cider vinegar, apple yogurt.... It has an interesting taste that brings to mind many different kinds of apples. The aftertaste disappears quickly, so you can drink it smoothly as expected! Apple fever as expected! I saw a green apple version of this as well, so I'll have to get that next time ✨.

Rice used is unknown The whooper swan print is beautiful. Most sake with the name "Josen" has the taste of "the best sake," but this sake is well-balanced and has a beautiful mouthfeel. The umami can be felt gradually, and it is not sticky, so you can enjoy it easily. It is a good sake. ❗️ The 92nd cup of sake

A gift from Sawanoizumi The Jun Dai I drank before was a Miyagi sake, beautifully light and dry, and I felt (selfishly) the earnestness of the toji (master brewer). I had an image of a modest, but firm, light, dry Kura. And then there is this special pure Sawanoizumi. It does not have much of a topping aroma, but the mouthfeel is surprisingly sweet and umami! It is sweet to the level of the Hitakami, and the robust umami is also very tasty! It has a light acidity and bitterness, followed by a refreshing sharpness. It's good! This is good! The price is relatively cheap, about 1300 yen for a four-pack, but it is convincing enough! Ishikoshi Brewery. I underestimated you. Sorry about that. Sake is so interesting because there are new discoveries even at the foot of the table like this! Thank you very much!

Honjozo 🍶 fresh stored sake✨ A good, albeit alsodense, taste. Dry aftertaste. Slightly bitter. Mild when paired with salmon. ☺️ Sweetness when paired with sea bream. It's delicious. Spicy when served with chawanmushi (steamed egg custard). Swordfish stew is the best match👍I enjoyed changing the taste to match the meal 😆. Guest House Shimodoso @ Minamisanriku 20230827

At the end of last year, my wife picked out a bottle for me to drink once in a while. I wanted to have something to drink sometimes ✨. A liqueur made with Shizooka mandarins 🍊 You can't feel the alcohol at all! It's just the pulp of the mandarin oranges and the sweetness of the honey. If you don't call it alcohol, you'll think it's a normal juice. If you don't call it alcohol, you'll think it's a normal juice and drink it😊.

720ml ¥1,925 Thanks again for your hard work this week😃. It's been a while since I've been to Ume-chan 😁Kaze-no-mori and Mimuro-sugi are the big two, but they're definitely the best breweries ✨. I found a store that has a good selection as well as Toichi, so I'll be drinking a lot from now on 😄! Very sweet, sour and juicy 😆 Light and easy to drink, very good 😋. I'm going to enjoy this one over the next few days to see how it changes.

The other is Umenoyado. When the bottle is opened, it has a gentle, soft, sweet aroma like anko or Japanese sweets. The mouthfeel is also soft and pleasant. The sweetness, spiciness, acidity, and astringency in the flavor are not all prominent, and the mild sake quality is also reminiscent of Fushimi sake, with its delicious and refined taste! It has a light rice flavor reminiscent of Miyamanishiki, and is a delicious sake that can be served on its own or with food ✨. It's raining unfortunately, but I'm off to explore Nara in the morning for the first time in about 10 years 🦌.

Return Series. With the concept of "to the world", alcohol 12℃. It's something I've been curious about because of my perception that it's an emerging force in Niigata. It's a white wine taste. Almost a white wine. The sourness of the wine was so strong that I gave up on it.

A 50% polished Junmai Daiginjo, Meguro Gorosuke, from Tama Flavor in Uonuma City (formerly Morimon Village), Niigata Prefecture. As is typical of Uonuma sake, it is a ginjo-shu that is not overly aromatic. I remember drinking it once at Tatsuya, a yakiton (grilled pork dumpling) restaurant in Numabukuro on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.

Lighter than expected, sour, sweet and ricey. I was worried before drinking it because it had quite a bit of color, but I was relieved to see the explanation on the back label. The Tama Flavor brewery is known for its regular brand, Tama Flavor, which is a light, dry sake that is the king of Uonuma, but they also brew Itkey and 46°C Echigo-Bushi (Samurai), which I recognized once again as a brewery with a very sharp personality.

Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅. Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi. There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf. The bottle and cap have a unique design. The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.

If you drink only unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake during the winter, it can be heavy at times, so in the spring, drinking a light sake like this is good for the stomach 🙂.

#Funabori# Sweet! 😆😏. A bottle to be tasted with a glass of wine! I was attracted by the catch copy that reminded me of white wine I bought it, but... It reminded me of "Ichinozo Himezen" 😁. This was not a food wine 😅.

It was a souvenir for myself when I stopped by Ise Jingu Shrine. I thought I hadn't had nigori sake recently, so I chose something that looked easy to drink. I had it after cooling it down thoroughly. It is sweet and easy to drink, almost as if you are already drinking amazake. It might be a good idea to drink it as a dessert-like ending to a meal.

My wife posted this first😅. When we went on a trip to Ise, I tasted it at the brewery and it was so good that I immediately pre-ordered it 😊. It arrived refrigerated and I opened it right away. The aroma was good and my expectations were high! It is refreshing on the palate, with a fruity aroma escaping through the nose. The sweetness and umami of the rice spread in the mouth and it was very delicious 🍶. I will definitely buy it when I visit Ise again 😁.

Niigata Prefecture. Nagaoka City. Kashiwa Rou Sake Brewery Co. Kashiwaroh Fireworks 3㌥ in a stylish slim bottle purchased at Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA. Second fermentation in the bottle with a low alcohol content of 8%. Serve cold. When I opened the bottle, I heard a sizzling sound and saw fine bubbles rising from the bottom of the bottle, so I immediately poured it into a glass. After pouring it into the glass, the bubbles continued to rise, and there was a pool of bubbles on the rim of the water. The top aroma was a slight koji aroma and a slightly sweet aroma. The color is a light cloudy with a slight yellowish tinge. The mouthfeel is fizzy, like a lively chamomile. After swallowing, a citrus aroma escapes into the nose, leaving behind a lactic acidity, sourness, and sweetness on the tongue. The aftertaste is followed by sweetness. It is easy to drink like a juice, and although it feels sweet, it is surprisingly well-balanced as it is a junmai sake and is still delicious 😋. I wish some of the big low alcohols had a fizzy feel... Ingredients:Rice(domestic),Rice malt(domestic) Rice polishing ratio:65 Alcohol content:8 Not enough to drink...The fourth one is a fresh wine that I went to buy during the rain storm. It was also delicious😋.
