I bought this at Mori Sake Brewery on my last trip to Hirado! The president of the company was in charge of the cash register that day😆. He politely introduced us and told us that it tastes best chilled in a wine glass! Sweet and sour from the aroma Tastes like plum wine Slightly sticky texture A little sweet but not too sweet Slightly rice bran-like, but you can sense the grains and nuts that only low-polished rice can provide But still sweet 😃. BATON TOUCH No.3 Sweet Summer and Japanese Hakka The refreshing aroma of citrus fruits, the gas from the second fermentation in the bottle is pleasant, and the bitterness and spiciness of the Japanese Hakka on the back end make it easy to drink 🍶😋😋😋. It's like a juice, but it's delicious in its own way.

LIBROM x UNITEDARROWS x Hamadaya Sake Shop Smoothie Sour Sake Banana🍌🍌🍌 It's a craft saké called Smoothie Sour Sake, which is made by LIBROM's doburoku process with a large amount of domestic bananas. ☺️ The aroma and quality of the sake is similar to that of a plum liqueur, but the banana flavor comes through in the aftertaste. When mixed with the sedimentary layer, it turns into a thicker, thicker Doburoku. The creaminess and volume come through, but it is not at all weirdly strong, and the banana flavor is very mild and easy to drink 😋😋😋😋.

A 50% polished Junmai Daiginjo, Meguro Gorosuke, from Tama Flavor in Uonuma City (formerly Morimon Village), Niigata Prefecture. As is typical of Uonuma sake, it is a ginjo-shu that is not overly aromatic. I remember drinking it once at Tatsuya, a yakiton (grilled pork dumpling) restaurant in Numabukuro on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.

Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅. Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi. There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf. The bottle and cap have a unique design. The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.
