It is Oku-no-Matsu Special Junmai. We drank it chilled. The aroma is mild, but when you put it in your mouth, it is fruity and delicious sake. You can buy it at the supermarket. It's delicious 😋

Junmai Ginjo Genshu with 55% polished rice. It is full of freshness because it is Arabashiri and of course the aroma is very strong. When you pour it into a glass, it has a light cloudiness characteristic of arabashiri, with fine bubbles - it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, with notes of green apple, white peach and green melon. When you drink it, you can feel the fine bubbles through your throat and it is very fresh. It's delicious!

This was my first time to drink Kagoshima sake. I thought it might be too strong, but it was easy to enjoy.

This is one of the bottles that was sold in a set with Tobiroki at Hasegawa sake shop, it was made in October 2020, so I guess they used Tobiroki to clear this stock 😅. I'm not a big fan of the Satsuma Masamune, but I'm not a big fan of the Tobiroki either. I was a bit worried because it's a raw stored sake, almost a year after production, but there were no quality issues 😄. Rather, I didn't feel the peculiarity that I felt when I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it tastes better than that time 🌟. It has a slight sweetness, a strong alcohol feeling and a spiciness that comes down the throat, not very distinctive but enough for everyday drinking. Cold sake is the best 😚

180ml Nishinoseki bought at my usual liquor store. My first Oita! I thought it would be sweet, but the aftertaste is a bit spicy. But it's delicious. It tastes like I'm drinking it.

We stock sake from Kyushu, which we don't have much of locally. The first one is Nishinoseki. The aroma and taste are quite hard. The first punch worked on my hungry body. It made me hot from the back of my throat to my stomach.

I would like to try some other sake. We drank a lot of sake in the Gokuraku set, but this is the second Izakaya? It's almost ready ^ ^.

I was looking for a property today, but there was a sake store nearby, so I bought some on the way home! I didn't buy it this time, but it was a good sake store that also had Kuroryu and Hakusan ✨. When I opened the bottle, it had a mild sweet aroma like banana. Now Igarashi Sake Brewery is complete 😝. It's not a draft sake, but it needs to be refrigerated, but it's delicious warmed up too ❓❓❓❓ but I can't drink heated sake on this hot day, so I'll drink it chilled to a crisp. ✌️ The aroma is mild but apple-like. The sake I chose when I returned home for Obon was Gold Junmai Daiginjo by Popular Sake Brewery. This sake brewery is very particular about the traditional method of making sake, and everything is made in wooden vats. It is a junmai daiginjo that is polished to 50%, so there is no cloying taste at all ✨It starts with an elegant sweetness and rice flavor, with the aroma of the wooden vat and a slight bitterness at the end. Delicious 😊.

Sannomaru Autumn hiyaoroshi from Kaito Otokoyama Shuzo. There is almost no standing aroma, but the hint of aroma is pear. It is a junmai sake that was fire-aged before storage and bottled fresh. It has a rich flavor, but it is still fresh, so it is not hard to drink and before you know it, you will be back for more.
