Made udon for my husband and paired it with this “fresh and light” sake! I told him, “we have izakaya at home” 😂 Made kakiage for the first time and it was amazing. Too many shrimp were made but they were good 😅

Smooth and neutral. The food at Sushi Tomi is excellent and authentic. This sake was a nice compliment. I highly recommend すしとみ　if you are ever in Orlando ☺️

Been enjoying this one as a mild drink before dinner with some gari. Inoffensive and clean finish no after tastes. I enjoy it.

These are sold all over Orlando, often the only sake the bar has. Not my favorite, but nice in a pinch! Would be cheaper from a konbini

First sip was sweet, but the rest were dry and mellow. Paired with a kimchi steamed bun and some pickled radish.
