Made udon for my husband and paired it with this “fresh and light” sake! I told him, “we have izakaya at home” 😂 Made kakiage for the first time and it was amazing. Too many shrimp were made but they were good 😅

Been enjoying this one as a mild drink before dinner with some gari. Inoffensive and clean finish no after tastes. I enjoy it.
