Nagano business trip No. ㉗
I had my first Kurosawa 🏮 at an izakaya🏮 around Kamisuwa station 😋.
The aroma is mildly fruity 😊The taste on the palate is round, with mild acidity and umami 😘It's a delicious sake that goes down smoothly 😚.
I had some time to kill before checking in at my hotel that day, so I went to the outer shrine of Suwa Taisha Shrine 🙋♀️ and it brought back memories of my old visits 😌 my mind was purified😇.
Interesting sake - the wet stone flavor is present but in a nice way. I found this sweet and very juicy. Overall, quite good and very different from other sake I have tried.
This is my first kimoto. I read my first sake book recently and am impressed now that I know what a kimoto is.

Some funk on the nose, with notes of melon. Flavor is rather abrasive, with melon and stone fruit, but a strong alcohol presence. If I were to have it again I'd do so with food for sure. Not the most pleasant sip on its own.
