For today's sake, I chose a Junmai Daiginjo from Kuchiman 😀. We compared the tasting sakes, one brought to room temperature for tasting and one kept chilled, and this one for tasting brought to room temperature might taste better than the chilled one 🤣. The chilled one is just too beautiful to swallow without anything stuck to it😅. The room temperature one spread the sweet and delicious flavor and filled my mouth with deliciousness😇

Tonight, here is a very popular project sake from Yamagata 💁. La Jomon Shoumon Koji Triple Masamune Nama Sake 2023BY✨. I think it is safe to say that this is the second most popular sake after Jyushidai. I think it is. La Jomon Six Nama Sake 2023BY✨ We happened to have a lot of Six Nama Sake on hand, so we'll have a quick bottle. Tonight, we continue our series of firsts with this one, named after the female toji known for her work at Tomikunaga. This sake is brewed with Hachitanishiki and Yamadanishiki. The freshness is alive and well, and the melon aroma (typical of Yamada Nishiki) is faintly felt at first, but then the sharp dryness and acidity overflow into the pineapple aroma (So_1F34D) without the sweetness of Hachitan Nishiki and continue until the finish. It's very refreshing and easy to drink 😋.

I had never seen this brand before, so I couldn't resist buying it. This is a sake brewery in Shunan City, Yamaguchi. There are about 1,400 sake breweries in Japan, so it's no wonder that there are breweries and brands that I don't know (there are more than 1,000 here). Even if I were to drink one brand every day for the rest of my life, it would take me almost 30 years (^_^;) It's simply impossible. This was an aside. The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma is distinctive. I wonder what it is, is it the aroma of rice? In total, the aroma is fluffy, the taste is tangy, and the sweetness is warm. I think it's delicious.

Second bottle of Rakurakutsuru. It is a brewed sake with a very high degree of alcohol (19-20 💦). I bought a small bottle because I wasn't sure, but I might as well have bought a big one. The regular size was a square bottle, which is an unusual shape for sake. I think it is best to drink it on the rocks, but you can also drink it straight, but I'm afraid of the aftertaste 😁. There are similar types of sake such as ice breaker, but I think it has a clear taste in comparison. I recommend it for summer👍

Went out to eat Izushi soba with my family👍. After dinner, we stopped by a nearby sake brewery. I often visit Izushi, but this was my first time to visit this brewery. I think this is probably the only junmai I've ever had. I recommend this sake at room temperature👍. Cold sake has an overly pronounced acidity, but it can be drunk neatly. At room temperature, the sweetness is more easily felt and the overall balance is better. In addition, I drank it hot and felt the spiciness strongly, but it was very smooth. You can enjoy the change in taste with the change in temperature 😁.
