Tokaido Sake Brewery Tour in Spring (3) The last one is Masterpiecea by Laughing Four Seasons. Masterpiece is a sake with the theme of technical study and a retrospective and return to classic ginjo, I tasted it at last year's sake brewery tour and enjoyed it so much that I left without buying it, which I regretted a lot 💧. This year, I was determined to bring it back! This year, I decided to bring it back! Masterpiece has A (Yamadanishiki) and Un (Watabune), and I decided to bring back A this time. I decided to bring A back this time. The color is slightly greenish. The nose has aromas of white peach, pear, melon, muscat-like fruit, lily-like white flowers, bay leaves, and white dumplings. Fruity and sweet, this is a perfect modern type. Fully matured Junmai Ikinatsu Koshi Sanma 　A blend of 80% 2016 Yamahai Yamadanishiki and 20% 2019 Koshihikari 70% polished rice 17%. I was too scared to drink this one as is🤣. It was sweet and delicious when heated! It had a classic flavor.
