Tonight, we will finally enjoy a very tasty "Shiuchu" and another brand "Hiroki" spring sake from the same brewery 🤗. This is the first time I've heard of a brewing method called "sanki amazakamoto". Hayaseura Special Junmai Sake "Umi-no-Otoko This is an old sake that has been stored in the brewery for 3 years and was served warmed 😁.
