Drinking outside after work. My wife was off work and we decided to have dinner outside. We found this restaurant in the vicinity of Nara Station - ‼️ We couldn't find a good time to drink at Toyoshuku, so we went to this restaurant and had a glass of Nara's local sake, Shirotoroku (‼️). The aroma was gorgeous, the taste was smooth and sweet on the palate, and the finish was refreshing.

We enjoyed the new seaweed festival, and although we did a bit of fishing, the bite was not so good at this time of year with the low tide, so we had a very productive Sunday. We stopped by a liquor store owned by a former junior colleague of mine. The aroma of the top shelf is a rich ginjo aroma. I asked the lady at the store to recommend a new arrival, and since Hayashi was not yet available, I bought a bottle of Kurobe Pincer from the same brewery 😚. The aroma is not so much but a little peachy 🍑? It is fresh on the palate with a gentle sweetness and rice flavor 🌾😋 It is a delicious sake that finishes with a bit of an alkali aftertaste 😆👍✨.

I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.

The underlings are opening another good sake today👍. Seems to have won the highest gold award out of 901 entries in the 2018 Wine Glass Delicious Sake Awards😍. I bought this at the first liquor store I went to because it was politely recommended 😋. I would say it's definitely like wine. The aroma is amazing. Should have drunk it in a wine glass😅. The sweetness is slight, but the rice flavor is strong. I thought it would be dense but it's also very crisp. It's a good sake with good cost and good ministry.
