Nagano Business Trip Part 2 Today we had another cup of Takaten sake recommended by a local senior 😋. It is a delicious sake with a gentle and delicious flavor that you will never get tired of drinking 😚👍. I had Shinshu Soba for lunch😊I love Soba, so I am very happy to find a Soba restaurant when I walk around here😍I have a medical checkup in early July, so I want to eat Soba and be healthy 🤣.

Imanishi Sake Brewery is well known for its Mimuro Cedar. I have not seen this sake very often, but I bought it thinking that the sake bearing their name must be very strong. The aroma is subdued, but it is like a rummy. It has a light sweetness and a nice sharpness. It has a slight alcohol taste. I heard that Asahi rice is a low GI food, I hope this sake is also low GI 🤣.
