Fresh rice, fresh smell of milk that I've never smelled before. It tastes like a schwash, lees flavor, and the bitter part of the grapefruit is sharp and clean. Good! Dry. Easy to drink. ( ´´▽｀)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we had our first Yui Yui Hitachinomegumi, which we purchased on our GW trip 😀. After purchasing it, I was disappointed to learn that the brewery was destroyed by fire. I hope to drink some of the Yuki Sake Brewery's sake and hope it is rebuilt 🥺. The aroma is mild and also has a mild rice flavor, combined with a pleasant acidity 🤔 with a clean aftertaste 😚 It is a beautiful sake and I would like to have the basic Yui label next time 😊.

The third drink at Kaku-uchi When we were told that it was time to go home, we chose for our last drink the miraculous Yui Yui sake that was rescued from the scene of a fire^ ^ ^. It has a refreshing taste... and you feel refreshed after drinking it! It's just so easy to drink! And delicious! I would like to try this sake with a meal next time. I sincerely hope the brewery recovers as soon as possible 🙏. A little something extra... I could not eat the snack of Kishu Nanko Ume because they were out of stock due to the heat of the day (T . T)

The rice is Fukunokou. This is also not found in Kansai, so I bought it. The aroma is slightly pineapple. It is fruity but a little dry and refreshing. Slight sweetness. I was told it was dry, but I didn't feel it was that dry. It's light, but it may not be enough for some people.

Closing out the drinks we had last weekend 😆. Smell good 😌. The Mikotsuru was quite rich and sweet, so I felt a lot of sourness when I took a sip 😳. The more I drank, the more umami and the sourness and aliveness were also good 👍 I can feel the strong aroma of the barrels! Is this a dry wine? and Nobby Well, I guess it's umakuchi. It is labeled 18 degrees, but you don't feel it. I thought it would have been better if it was warmed up to lukewarm 🤔 I thought so later, but I finished it before I realized it 😆. But I drank a little too much from Thursday to the weekend 😓. I'll enjoy a quiet rest day for the first half of this week 😮💨.

Tonight, I'm opening a bottle of the first bottle of Masamune instrument for the weekend dinner because it's so good it's about to run out 💁. Shikishima Light Nigori Nama Sake 2022BY Back on the nigori road a bit, but again it's almost a year old 😅. When I opened the bottle, I could hear the gas escaping with a nice sound. The aroma is mainly chemically aromatic, with a hint of greffle skin and a little bit of maturity. The mouthfeel changes from sourness and citrus bitterness to bitterness, umami, and spiciness. The alcohol content is 18%, so it has quite a punch, but the sweetness and umami from the aging process gives the impression that it is more rounded. It's good that the lees are so cloudy and the umami and richness is so much better 😊.

One of the sake I wanted to try because of the stylish label❗️ A hint of pear? White peach? It smells like pear or white peach 😅 Elegant sweetness and almost no sourness ❗️ No bitterness or habits, and the aftertaste seems to disappear easily 😄. Overall, it's a gentle sake that goes well with meals. It's a delicious sake that can be drunk easily on its own 👍 Even sake beginners can enjoy it 😄.

Newly registered brand. Since the sake brewer could not be registered, the new brand is "Aizu Otokoyama" from Otokoyama Shuzo Brewery in Aizu Misato Town, Fukushima Prefecture. Its new brand name is "Wa". It has a mild aroma. It has a melon aroma and a hint of sweetness like caramel. The sweetness that is not too strong is impressive. There is some acidity. The aftertaste is strong alcohol. A strong bitterness also lingers. I have a feeling that it will be excellent with Japanese food.

I was curious about this sake because Mr. Manachie was drinking it. Purchased at an antenna store in Fukushima Prefecture. I really wanted the same specs, but they only had this one and an expensive one, so I had no choice but to choose this one. The brewery has reopened after 20 years. It has a mild and gentle honey-like sweetness. The aftertaste is refreshing. I would prefer a little more sweetness, but it seems to go well with a meal.

Purchased at a supermarket in Karuizawa. I did not expect much...but I experienced the power of Nagano sake🍶...aroma: a faint sweet aroma of rice, a clear sweet bitterness...the bitterness is just right and does not bother me...it is delicious😋...but it is also delicious😋 when drunk as is... ...but it really comes into its own as a food sake! At home. Kumamoto sake, Sung Kaoru, purchased on an expedition to Fukuoka. The Sansho I was looking for was sold out, and I managed to find this Kumamoto sake. It has a smooth, refreshing taste with a slight bitterness at the end. It was a dangerous one that was easy to drink. After a long time, I took a walk around Motomachi area in Kobe by bicycle, bought some gyoza (Chinese dumplings), and went home. Since it was Saturday afternoon, Sannomiya and Motomachi were quite crowded, and the city seemed to have regained its vitality.
