This is a gifted Junmai Ginjo, a sake from Nagano. It's fruity but not sweet in the mouth, and it has a crisp and well-balanced bitterness... This quality goes well with "X" cuisine, not just raw sake.

This is the fifth brewery in Saku's sake brewery series. This is a rare bottle as it has recently met with a fire and is closed. We happened to find it at a one-day spa and secured it. It has a strong bitterness and acidity, with a tangy mouthfeel. It also has a sweetness, so it is not harsh. It is the best sake from Saku so far. It's a shame that we won't be able to taste it for a while. I hope they will do their best to bring it back.

Continuing from yesterday, a comparison of the tops of the median that was given to me by Princess Sabori: ‼️ First, the blue label ‼️ This is R3BY It's a Tokushun but with 50% polished rice 🤣. The aroma is like grape 🍇? It has a gentle sweetness and a bitter finish that is also gentle and tasty 😋 I think I prefer it to Araubashiri. Next, I'm going to try the R2BY black label supernatant 👍.

( ´´▽｀)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we had our first Yui Yui Hitachinomegumi, which we purchased on our GW trip 😀. After purchasing it, I was disappointed to learn that the brewery was destroyed by fire. I hope to drink some of the Yuki Sake Brewery's sake and hope it is rebuilt 🥺. The aroma is mild and also has a mild rice flavor, combined with a pleasant acidity 🤔 with a clean aftertaste 😚 It is a beautiful sake and I would like to have the basic Yui label next time 😊.

The third drink at Kaku-uchi When we were told that it was time to go home, we chose for our last drink the miraculous Yui Yui sake that was rescued from the scene of a fire^ ^ ^. It has a refreshing taste... and you feel refreshed after drinking it! It's just so easy to drink! And delicious! I would like to try this sake with a meal next time. I sincerely hope the brewery recovers as soon as possible 🙏. A little something extra... I could not eat the snack of Kishu Nanko Ume because they were out of stock due to the heat of the day (T . At home. Kumamoto sake, Sung Kaoru, purchased on an expedition to Fukuoka. The Sansho I was looking for was sold out, and I managed to find this Kumamoto sake. It has a smooth, refreshing taste with a slight bitterness at the end. It was a dangerous one that was easy to drink. After a long time, I took a walk around Motomachi area in Kobe by bicycle, bought some gyoza (Chinese dumplings), and went home. Since it was Saturday afternoon, Sannomiya and Motomachi were quite crowded, and the city seemed to have regained its vitality.

Imanishi Sake Brewery is well known for its Mimuro Cedar. I have not seen this sake very often, but I bought it thinking that the sake bearing their name must be very strong. The aroma is subdued, but it is like a rummy. It has a light sweetness and a nice sharpness. It has a slight alcohol taste. I heard that Asahi rice is a low GI food, I hope this sake is also low GI 🤣.
