The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) If that's the case, I look forward to it every year! This year's was my favorite type❣️.

I've never seen this brand before. It's mostly consumed in Niigata Prefecture, so it's not sold outside the prefecture. I was lucky enough to drink it 😄. It's chilled but very juicy, and it's a true trendy combination of sweetness and refreshment. I drank it at the end of a drinking party, so there wasn't much left of the knob, but it's a very powerful drink that works well on its own. I'd really like to taste it at home, so if I find it somewhere else, I'll definitely buy it 😙. But I drank too much yesterday 😨
