Hanashoku Junmai Daiginjo Betsuatsurae The aroma is like grapes with a hint of sourness, the mouthfeel is clean and sweet with a pleasant aftertaste, and there is a lingering bitterness in the back of the throat. I bought some salted sea urchin, which is a perfect match for sake, but is usually hard to find. The taste was so agonizing that it made me want to drink more sake. I think if I recommend [salted sea urchin] to people outside of the prefecture, they will be puzzled how to eat it 🤔.

[Fukui Spring New Sake Festival 10] I'm on my 10th cup of sake 😁. I was looking for my favorite "Hakugakusen" and found that it was only available on the first day of the event, so I went here instead 🍶. Unnoi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo. Banana-like aroma, gentle sweetness on the palate, and a lingering mild umami aftertaste. I have a connection with "Kumonoi" since I brought it to the Kansai Sake-no-Iwa offline meeting I attended last summer, and it is still delicious when I drink it again.

⭐︎ Last night, as our wedding anniversary was approaching, we went to a teppanyaki restaurant for business for my wife. The price of alcohol was high, so I stopped at 3 glasses of 120cc. This is my second glass of Senya-no-Kame. It was my first time. It is a dark unfiltered raw sake. However, it is not too heavy, and after drinking it, you can feel it drain right out of your mouth. It went well with fatty dishes. Beer -> Nooguchi -> Senya no Kame -> Kaygetsu... I was also drinking white wine 😎.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑩ I spend quite a lot of tickets at the Yomiuri Shimbun booth. They begin to realize that expensive sake can be drunk here for 200 yen. Chiyonokame Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. was supported by Kubo Kogyo Corporation, a tree construction company, in 1995, and management rights were transferred to the company. Ehime Sakurahime Yeast", an original floral yeast for sake, was newly developed through an industry-academia-government collaboration. It was also delicious, and I really like the label 💕.
