The end of the year for J&N is still Tochigi sake, and we were reminded of its greatness at the ‼️ Kenmin Kai, and this year will be the third bottle of Kirifuri Sake 🤗. At the end of this year, Jay and Nobby will be spending time with their parents separately at their respective parents' homes from the 30th to the beginning of the new year, and will meet again 🥹 in Utsunomiya on 1/1. So the plan for the end of the year is to buy Sandesi and bring them to each other's parents' homes! They are in Ichikawa City and Noda City in the same Chiba Prefecture, about 30 km away🙂. So let's have a toast remotely! Yes, I knew Sentori ‼️ is stable and delicious 😋I have to drink it with both of us to get into serious mode 😅I'm thankful that this size is available😄. --At the end of the year, I was blessed with many encounters in 2023. The year 2023 was a year blessed with many encounters ☺️I had a lot of fun in my hometown Tochigi and on my travels through Sake no Wa, and I also awakened to the joy of drinking iron😄. In 2024, we hope to continue drinking and laughing together while seeking such fun encounters 😚. ぼうすけIf you are a member of Tochigi Prefecture, you must drink Kirifuri, and I finally bought it at a roadside station during my expedition. I bought a bottle of Tokujun, which has the aroma and acidity of Sentori itself 😋, but it is more rounded than the usual Sentori. I haven't had Sentori in about 5 months because I thought I could drink it anytime, but Kirifuri is good too👍. I'd like to try Junmai Ginjo someday.

ももちToday at Taoya Nikko Kirifuri I chose this sake without much thought. This was Senkin's local sake! I didn't know that. It doesn't have a lot of nama-zake character. It's very refreshing! I have another bottle coming up, so I'll have to hold off.

ジェイ&ノビィStill posting about the drinks I had last weekend😅. After a series of sweet sake from Kinkame to Haneya, let's have a refreshing sake! So, I chose this one, which is a strong friend of us Tochigi people: ‼️ It is very popular among Tochigi residents and guests 🎵So ❗️ Kirifuri Sake🤗. Last month's first drink was a Daiginjo, and this time it was a Ginjo👍. Well, here we go🤗! Yes, I did! It's a great answer 👍It's still delicious with a refreshing sweet and sour taste 😄☺️Senkou is the best 😄! By the way, Friday morning was Jay's regular checkup, which is every 3 months, but every 6 months he has to have a blood test 😨. This time, I skipped drinking for 4 days from Monday to Thursday 😤. Cholesterol and triglycerides are the main points of the blood test results, but Jay is only concerned about the gamma GTP: ‼️ While pretending to listen to the doctor, I followed the test results with my eyes................................nervous! 😰😨😳🙂☺️🤩 Hi ‼️ results okay🤗 Last night I enjoyed the rest of the Haneya and Foggy Fountain and one more bottle 😙. I'm so relieved 🥰 love Tochigi!

Rafa papaKirifuri Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Genshu KazKaz-san told us about it at the Tochigi Kenmin Kai. I was told about it by KazKaz at the Tochigi citizens meeting 😆. It is sold at Yaoko, a regular supermarket It's sold at Yaoko 😊. But... Sentori mark on the label and cap 👀. Yes... It's made by SENKIN Co. It's Yamada Nishiki, so I guess it's a modern innocent 🙄. But the rice polishing ratio is Modern Mukun is 60% Kirifuri 50%. It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness like SENKIN It is very delicious 😋. It is also easy on the wallet... 😌. Sashu-san's recommended dumplings 🥟. The first harvest of broccoli from the field 🥦. Saikyo pickled gindara cod 🐟. thick fried tofu Black soybean edamame🫛. with... I was manacled in no time 🤣.

ラル大佐It started with a conversation about a sake-loving daughter (in her 20s) at a friend's workplace. After some discussion, we decided to hold the event at our house. Since it was a special opportunity, I asked Kazkaz and Sashu to join us. OK! There were 8 of us, but my wife was cooking, so there were actually 7 of us. The first bottle was Kirifuri, a gift from Mr. Kazkaz. It is said to be a distributed version of Sentori in Tochigi Prefecture, and naturally, the taste is just like Sentori! The balance of sweetness and sourness with a little bit of gas, and the crispness of the aftertaste.... It's so good! It is available at a local supermarket at a reasonable price. Thanks for the treat!

さしゅーYesterday, I was invited by Colonel Lal to a sake party. Eight of us drank at Colonel Lal's home. I was nervous because many of us had never met each other before, but I was relieved to see KazKaz there. The first thing that surprised me was the menu (^o^). And all the dishes were really delicious. I really appreciate Colonel Lal's wife. First of all, KazKaz brought his own Kirifuri (^o^)I forgot to take a picture of it, so I used the one I bought. The aroma is light citrusy. When I drank it, I felt sweetness and slight carbonation. Then it has a sourness and balance that is typical of Sengoku. It was great as a starting sake (^o^). It went well with Iburi gakko (pickled ginger), and it was perfect with muscat salad. This acidity and muscat. I was impressed because I had never paired it with fruits before. 叫ぶ蝶After visiting liquor stores and supermarkets in Nasushiobara city, we were able to obtain the best soon-to-be bottled after our fourth visit. The fruity ginjo aroma and the fresh aroma of lactic acid and green grass foretell of a sweet and sour taste. The sweetness in the first sip is refreshingly light and pleasant. Compared to Sentori, this sake gives the impression of a well-balanced all-purpose sake, and is very tasty.

As for us locals, we can't just say that it's always available 😤 We went shopping at Super Yaoko! As you can see in the third picture, there were many bottles lined up, but this time we decided to go for Daiginjo Nama-zake 🤗. Let's have it 😋! The aroma is mild? Not very distinctive, I guess. And when I took a sip... nn⁉️ it's SENKOUSHI 😳. No, it's SENKYO 😅The acidity that stands out may be stronger than SENKYO 🤔After all, we both agreed that it's delicious 🤗. This is far beyond the level of sake you can buy at the supermarket👍. Jay went to his parents' house in Chiba for the weekend and Nobby stayed at his father's house 😊Noby seems to have been a noobie 🤣. On Sake Day, J&N dared to dopple the local Kirifuri ‼️ Love Tochigi 🥰 even on Sake Day!

ウルフリック西尾We had it at the guest house Ichinoya. The taste was refreshingly light and sweet. It was a perfect match with the char-grilled wild bird meat. We also had a bottle of homemade doburoku. The doburoku is a month-old brew and has a refreshing taste with a mellow aroma of rice.
