Nice to meet you! Excuse my comment! Red Takeshi is my favorite sake too! The taste is great, but above all, the label is cool (lol) I buy it to decorate it (lol)!
United ARROWS collaboration Sentori Snowman☃️
It has a nice snowy white color with a strong effervescence 🫶It smells very nice and tastes interesting with a slight lactobacillus-like taste ☺️ delicious!
12/6 Postscript.
I drank it today and it tasted even better! I wrote lactobacillus, but it might be more rounded. the first sip is quite sweet, then as you drink it, it seems to change to a carbonation impression and sweet and sour taste...... that blows up in your mouth. It's hard to describe but it's delicious and easy to drink 🥺.
A drink made in the image of Evangelion. It tastes like craft beer due to the addition of hops. But the sweetness of the rice also comes later. An interesting gem.
I drank at a meeting the other night and visited Kibanano Brewery: 🏃♂️
It is doburoku, but quite easy to drink. After the sweetness comes, there is a carbonation feeling and it goes down smoothly.
Ordered it hot. The taste is strong! Very distinctive from the first smell. But it's nice and easy to drink! Not easy to drink, but best when you get used to drinking it. Mellow.
Smells like savory wheat at first.
I was talking to a friend about how much I like Sentori and she gave it to me as a gift. The middle of the bottle is quite like the Sentori I know. Light. I think there is a gentle sweetness of rice at the end. I wonder if it lingers a bit. The smell might not be that much compared to Kabutomushi or something. It's sweet and sour and has a carbonation even though it's not carbonated.
I was so happy to get it even though it's unfiltered sake that it's been about 2 weeks since I got it, sorry 🥲.
Good morning, Misaki 😃!
My friend who gives Kirifuri to Sentori lovers as a gift 🎁! You have good taste 🤗It's a delicious one that you can only buy in your hometown 😋.
Drink it cold! The person who told me about this sake said that it tastes best when heated, so I drank it hot! I drank it hot because I don't know much about sake, but I prefer the smell of hot sake.
I don't know much about sake, but I prefer it hot. ☺️ It smells and tastes like nothing I've ever tasted before, and it's savory? I found the brown rice-ness to be a mystery. Interesting~!
This sake is made from a rare rice called Hakutsuru-nishiki. It is cool yet deep. It also smells very good. It is a very rare sake, but it is sold at my favorite restaurant and it is delicious with fish. Mellow but deep.
