For dinner at a hotel in Nikko.
Gorgeous and fruity aroma.
Aromatic and slightly dry, but also melon-like sweetness.
It has a fizzy and crisp taste.
It has a strong alcohol taste and is very drinkable.
It goes well with sashimi.
Thank you, Jay & Nobby.
I hadn't been to Nikko since my elementary school excursion, and it was great.
As you become an adult, you can enjoy a wider range of things.
Sake is one of them.
I went shopping at a nearby Yaoko and while browsing the sake section, I saw the character for "rainfall" and picked up a bottle thinking it was going to rain, but it turned out to be Kirifuri. I picked it up thinking it was going to rain, but it turned out to be "Kirifuri" (misty rain)! Well done Yaoko, now I don't have to be mounted by the people of Tochigi Prefecture (I won't say who they are)! Needless to say, thoughts such as, "Oh, I'm not going to say who it is. Oh, I'm looking forward to your visit to Tsudanuma Seven, although I won't say who it is.
Perhaps it is because it is intended for sale at supermarkets, etc., it has a very light flavor, but it also has a sourness that reminds me of Senkou, and it goes down as easily as water. I drank a little too much, but it was a good sake, and it didn't leave any residue the next day either. I wonder if it is still sold?
Good evening, Mr. Freelancer First Generation Man 😃.
Hmm? I called you ⁉️ we also got Kirifuri at Yaoko in Utsunomiya 🤗 you can talk about your Tochigi love 🥰 now 😆.
We are also aiming for 10 stone at Tsudanuma Seven 😁.
Jay & Nobby, hello ^^^^.
I wonder if Kirifuri is a brand for mass retailers. I haven't had enough Tochigi sake to talk about my love for it yet;
I want to buy some myself next time...
I happened to pass by a supermarket where I found a Senkori🍶.
Aroma like banana 🍌.
Shwashy, citrusy, sweet and sour 😳.
Leaves a slight bitterness at the end 🎵
The cospa was reasonably good 👛.
I was on a business trip to Utsunomiya and while shopping at the supermarket, I found Kirifuri 🎵🎵 and brought it to my home. It has a light and mild aroma like a white wine and finishes with a beautiful acidity 🎵🎵It's easy to drink 🎵.
Good evening, TAKAHIRO 😃.
If you are in Utsunomiya, you can buy Kirifuri at the supermarket! It's a good quality and very tasty 🤗.
I think it's a good souvenir 👍
TAKAHIRO, I love frostbite too. When I was on a trip to Tochigi Prefecture, I stopped by a liquor store and they highly recommended Junmai Daiginjo. I actually bought a bottle and it tastes great! Please try the Junmai Daiginjo!
Hello, Marumame 😃
You enjoyed the local sake of Tochigi 🤗.
Happy ❤️ four times in a row! It makes me happy too 🥹.
Kirifuri is delicious, isn't it?
Love Tochigi 🥰.
The umami and acidity mix well together, making it easy to drink even though it is a pure sake. The umami is backed up by a nastiness that does not insist on being assertive. It can be served with bonito tataki without garlic, but the garlic would defeat it. It goes well with tomato and lettuce salad. It brings the umami to the forefront.
