profile iconSmooth and sweet like a white peach, with a slight acidity. It is relatively clear, but has a rich sweetness that spreads in the mouth. It feels like that. I went to the liquor store I usually go to and bought it. When I came to the store, there was no price tag on it, and apparently they were preparing it for tomorrow. I asked if I could buy it, and they gladly agreed. I am happy to drink such a delicious sake!

profile iconI've drunk up the future of red-bullied sake, so I'm pitching red-bullied sake again and again. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. It's good. But after drinking Sake Mirai, I felt a little unsatisfied. I'll have another one tomorrow.

profile iconU, u, delicious. Quite tasty. Uma, you like the taste. Yes, yes. The aroma is gorgeous and very nice. The sweetness comes first, then the umami, followed by the acidity, and then the smoothness and a little bitterness that finishes it off. It lingers in the mouth. It's very pleasant. I will definitely repeat it.

profile iconUltra-low alcohol sake with an alcohol content of 9%! It has a sweet and sour fruity aroma like raspberry 🍓. The mouthfeel is light, mildly sweet and sour 😋. The soft and gentle flavor and the beautiful acidity in the mid-palate are doing a good job 😋. It is exactly the kind of bottle that can make you happy and gentle, which is a good description of the name "Cotton Candy Label"! Delicious 🤤.

profile iconThis is the ninth bottle of Purple Space I have had in total since I started drinking it last year. The aroma is fruity, juicy, and sweet like red-fleshed melon, pineapple, and strawberry, with a hint of yogurt, gently fragrant. The mouthfeel was a little drier than other sakes in the series, with a lighter, less juicy flavor. This may be due to the fact that it is a summer sake. I really like the sweet and juicy flavor of Murasaki Uchu, but this was also a delicious, refreshing and easy-to-drink sake that is perfect for the coming season. I look forward to the various faces in each series and look forward to each time it comes out. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

profile iconFrom chilled sake at Tokyu Store I don't think I've ever tasted anything this rich. It leaves a strong and assertive aftertaste, but not in a bad way. I'm not sure if it's dry or sweet. I bought some smoked cheese from my son and matched it with it.

profile iconThis time, dinner with my son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren at "Uotami" near Kaiun Bridge, Morioka City. This restaurant has toys, picture books, and a TV for the children to play with, and there is enough space for one tatami mat, so even if the grandchildren finish their meal first, they can still play in comfort. The meal starts at 5:00 pm, and you can eat enough food in two hours. The menu is heavy on carbohydrates and not very friendly to the elderly, but if you can eat with your grandchildren, it's not so bad. Surprisingly, there is a good selection of sake, so I chose a local Iwate sake, which I rarely order (laugh). Asakai Junmai Ginjo Yumetouri I am sorry for being a navel-gazer and not ordering it because it is available everywhere as a matter of course. (^_^;) Take a sip. It is soft and fruity, but it is delicious as a mealtime sake. It is originally a sweet sake, but perhaps because of the meal it was served with, I felt it was a little dry in the back of my throat. It was delicious! (^^)/

profile iconSweetness: 2 Umami: 3 Astringency: 2 Acidity: 3 Bitterness: 4 Fullness, body: 3 Flavor: Grain-like Colorless and transparent in appearance, the top-tasting aroma is of cedar, which comes straight to the nose. It was strange that the cedar was so strong even though it was a draft sake 🤔. The label said the sake degree was 18, but it also had high amino acidity and acidity, so it was like a deliciously dry sake. For those who like dry sake, they might say it should be spicier because of the strong umami. For me it was just right 🤣. This sake is brewed in Ishidoriya, the home of Nanbu Touji. I like the bottle and the label, so I'm going to enjoy the taste and enhance my sake bottle collection 😆.

profile iconI found a cab driver who had missed a drink at the Hanshin Department Store event hall, so I decided to taste it immediately. The wine had a slight astringency and roughness in the mouth, but it was juicy with a refreshing acidity that spread across the tongue. Cab Driver told me that although the label on the front is the same, there are 9 different varieties, each with different yeast, rice polishing ratio, and brewing tanks, and that I could enjoy different flavors if I followed up every time I drank it. I was told by the brewery staff (?) that I can enjoy different flavors if I try to follow each bottle.

profile iconHamachidori Special Junmai Sake from Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture, is my favorite sake that I have been drinking for about 5 years now. The rice used has been changed from Miyamanishiki to Ginga since last year. It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami, and has a very deep flavor that reminds me of whiskey or brandy. I drank this sake cold, but it is also delicious warmed.

profile iconBrewed with Otsuchi-produced Ginga and spring water from the Gensui district of Otsuchi Town. It is said to be a sake to promote the local community. It has a light, refreshing taste that is typical of summer sake. The lemon-like acidity is refreshing and the taste of rice is refreshing. Slightly chemical banana-like aroma. It tastes like delicious natural water. Ueno Uoso

profile iconDrunken Sake Brewery Drunken Nijozo Honjozo Nama Nama Shuzake This brewery is located in Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture. This is a limited-edition honjozo sake that has been aged for two years. It has a refreshing aroma and a rich, full-bodied flavor. For a less full-bodied sake, try it on the rocks, If you want to enhance the aroma, warm it up to lukewarm! #Nihonjozo

profile iconToday I stopped by Kibune-san on my way back from pedaling my bicycle🚲 to go to Yamada Denki, which is a bit far away. I asked him what kind of sake goes well with fish at night, and he recommended this one. My thighs are so sore, so I quickly open a bottle to distract myself (lol). The aroma is slightly like sake. The sweetness, umami, and richness of the rice spread in the mouth. The flavor is richer than expected. It is like eating rice. Served with grilled mackerel. It is really a good sake for a meal with the mackerel's delicious flavor. Rice polishing ratio] 60 Alcohol content】16度 Grilled mackerel with salt Price including tax】1,705 yen

profile iconWe received #Washinoo Shirawashi Junmai Namaizu Oragarami from Hachimantai City, Iwate Prefecture. It is a PB product of a certain store in Morioka city. It has a refreshing lactic acid aroma and a juicy sourness reminiscent of yogurt. It is full of freshness that is typical of nama-zake. I heard that it is already sold out, and I would like to purchase it again for the next release. *Do you know what the brushstroke on this label says? 💦.

profile iconSweetness: 2 Umami: 4 Astringency: 2 Acidity: 3 Bitterness: 3 Fullness, body: 4 Flavor: Banana, Melon Slightly yellowish appearance and a grain-like raw material aroma in the back. The attack is full of flavor reminiscent of banana and melon, but the sharpness from there on is amazing👍. It has a thick flavor unique to Yamahai with a firm dry aftertaste, making it an excellent mid-meal sake. It goes well with chilled tofu and sashimi! Next, we warmed it up, which is typical of Yamahai. The umami flavor spreads at once, and the attack of the upper aroma and the alcohol tickles your nose! This is local sake! I have loved this brewery's sake since I was a college student when my friends and I drank a regular sake called Washinoo no Kinjirushi! This time it was a limited edition sake from ganshu, a joint project of 7 breweries in Iwate 🍶. I enjoyed it while drawing memories of those days. I was deeply impressed by the fact that this is Washinoo, which can be served cold or warmed up.
