兄貴This time it's a star label! Brewed with Ginga no Shizuku from Iwate Prefecture, the sake has a subtle aroma...the mouthfeel is sweet and bitter with a good acidity and a nice sharpness! I'm enjoying it with sashimi of firefly squid and salted swordfish................................
