My booming purple air♪The last junmai was not so good, but the jungin is still delicious. It is a summer sake🍶 with a refreshing fruity aroma.... The mouthfeel is sweet and bitter, and then it quickly turns into a crisp, refreshing sake! It has a rich rice flavor...delicious...I can't help but drink too much...a brewery with high expectations for the future...I want to drink many things from this brewery...!
