It has been a while since I went to eat Sara-soba!
Soba on 5 small flat plates with wasabi, leek, yam, and egg as condiments to change the taste♪
It was cold and I wanted to drink heated sake!
We were told that there was only one type of heated sake, so we decided without hesitation!
The sake was heated in a tokkuri (sake bottle) with an Otsu-e painting on it and an inokuchi (sake cup).
When drunk alone, the sake has a strong flavor of rice, but when paired with dishes with strong flavors and fat, such as soba noodles, duck roast, and mackerel sushi, it goes very well with them!
I was happy to drink a little from noon. ❣️

Well, a normal, easy drinking drink.
Nomiho is good enough for me.

I bought it at a liquor store in Zao because it had an amazing presence!
It was named after the fact that it broke the rule of fire-brewing.
It has a strong alcohol taste like a pure sake, and I felt it was just right on the rocks.

It's dry and refreshing! But it will leave a weight on your throat, so it's a bit like an old sake, which I don't like very much,
It's a refreshing type of sake! It's a little bit cloudy.
Your first brand 🍶Kinshi Morinori🍶.
Keep it cold and open the bottle: ‼️
Pour it into a cup and it's like ✨swizzle✨!
It has a slight hint of a hint of a cork and has a nice sharp taste. 🗡️
This is delicious 😋!
This junmai ginjo-shu is made by polishing up to 53% Gohyakumangoku produced in Kitakata.
Only the most delicious part of the sake, the "Nakadorari" part, is bottled. It has a refreshing effervescence that lightly and refreshingly stimulates the tip of the tongue. It has a juicy, sweet taste that is typical of Gohyakumangoku with hints of kiwi and green apple.
This is the "Naraman" finish! This is the "Naraman" finish.

Enjoy the same sensation! And here is the sake that came out. It is said to be a new sake.
Nama sake with a gaseous sensation with a touch of ori.
Sweetness and refreshing acidity tighten the second half.
It is a good sake👍👍

Aromatic and mellow taste.
It is heavy but sharp and full-bodied.

Buying for the economy ^ ^.
I was looking forward to having a drink with it tonight...
I was looking forward to it, but I had to give it up because I was on duty for an emergency response.

Oh no, the week is over 🙌 Tomorrow is the holiday weekend...! 😁😁
Let's open the bottle: ❗️ The nose is fresh with a hint of sweetness. The first sip has a melon-like flavor, followed by a good sweetness and a hint of bitterness. Easy to drink 😆 Delicious!
I'll try it with scallop sashimi. The scallops give it a sweetness of their own, and the scallop roe gives it more sweetness and umami. Best 👍
Looks like I'm going to have a good holiday: ☺️

Like Kitanohomare, it was purchased at a liquor store where Nemuchi and I stopped by after the Ogimachi Park event.
I'm not sure what brands they carry, but I get the impression that they stock a lot of Yamamoto, Eiko-Fuji, Chuai, and Yonesuru. I also wonder if they have a better stock of sake bottles.
The first impression is light and refreshing, and the second half has a chemical-like umami and a strong alty taste.
It's not my favorite type of flavor...
I don't think you can tell it's a daiginjo if you drink it blind.
When I drink it again, I feel acidity and a hint of sweetness.
I think the sweetness has increased a little, so the nuance that I don't like has lessened.
I don't care what you think, but isn't the balance bad because the seal on the bottle is the size of a bottle of raw sake? I thought so.
The regular brand name of this brewery is Ando Suigun, but Ajigasawa seems to be a PB of a sake wholesaler in Shizuoka.
From the look of the label, one can imagine that it is fresh and fruity. From the moment it is poured into the glass, it has a nice citrus aroma. Fresh aroma and sweetness spreads. Sweet! I thought it was sweet, but it was only for a moment. I thought it was grapefruit, but the acidity is so strong that it might be lemon. It is a 14% alcohol original sake. Even if you warm it up, the strong sour taste does not change much.

I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time...
I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`)
I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo...
What a waste 😭😭😭
The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.
