The third glass is a Katsikoma, which is rarely seen in Kyushu♪
It is a high spec sake with a 50% rice polishing ratio, yet it is made as a junmai sake. I don't know how the sake breweries handle this. 💦.
The image of Kachikoma made me imagine a strong bitterness, but it is delicious with a refreshing bitterness and moderate sweetness 😋😋.
I knew 90ml was not enough! 😂.
I want to drink it while savoring it more slowly 🤤🤤🤤🤤.

Good morning to you too 😃.
Katsukoma 😮.
This is the brand of Hokuriku sake I most want to try right now 😆.
I'm jealous I haven't even seen it yet 😁.

I've never seen it in a liquor store either 😳I'll try to drink out of it 😁. 😳I've never seen it in a liquor store either, so I'll do my best to drink outside 😁.

Good morning.
You are right about the moderation.
Katsuma Jungin is also 50% polished rice, isn't it?
It seems that the rice is different, but I don't know 😅.

Good evening, Choroki! I'm so glad to see you here 😄.
Jungin is also 50%? 😳It would be better to unify the price and sell Jungin with different sake rice, though. 🤔
I really don't understand how sake brewers think so deeply. 😅
