The sake is brewed with Gohyakumangoku, and the juicy, sour taste reminiscent of melon candy and the cute 🐻❄️ label made me smile!

This is a new sake brewed with Hassan Nishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture.
Fresh, juicy, and of course, maintains the golden ratio of sweet, umami, and bitter with a touch of sharpness❗️
In short, it is a good balanced sake🤗. 遥瑛チチYes, here's the seventh cup.
The sweet and juicy taste spreads with the gas and chili sensation that stimulates the tip of the tongue ❗️.
Then, the sourness comes in ❗️.
This acidity is quite strong and plays a role in the clean and sharp aftertaste 👍

The aroma is fresh and fruity, reminiscent of apples 🍎❗️.
In the mouth, you can taste the sweetness of white grapes, but it's not overpowering like Ozeki!

It had a soft and sweet taste, which was different from the toughness of the label.
It had a juicy feeling and I think I was drinking it like it was the quintessential Oze Snow sibling 😋.
