I happened to get in touch with a Fukuoka member on LINE, and we decided to hold a mini-office meeting in no time at all 🤗.
We met up with MAJ before the restaurant opened at 18:00, and we were off to the sacred place of Sake ❗️.
While we were looking at the menu, Mr. Grainger19 joined us on his way home from work!

Well, let's start with this.
The sake that inspired me to hold this off-line meeting after seeing the restaurant's FB page.
1) Hanahiyo-yoku Jun Daigin Unfiltered Nama Yamadanishiki
The blue bottle of this top of the line HanayoYauke is so cool!
Only this Yamadanishiki is polished up to 40% in Hanahyokyu!
Just hearing that makes me so excited👍!
First of all, the aroma is less pineapple 🍍 than I expected.
It's a bit tame compared to Kameizumi Cell 24.
The same goes for the taste.
More of a classy pineapple🍍🍍 than a dayha🍍🍍🍍🍍.
Syrupy sweetness and delicate acidity ❗️.
And finally, the bitterness finishes off with a crisp mouthfeel ‼️.
