It has a sharp and short aftertaste. It is a fragrant and mellow sake. bonchiAlmost colorless and transparent. The aroma is mellow, reminiscent of ripe bananas and black tea, with a hint of cemedine. The mouthfeel is mellow. The fruity overtones reminiscent of pineapple soon appear, followed by a juicy finish with a spread of sourness and bitterness. The aftertaste is medium.
