Purchased at Nakamura Sake Shop in Mukomotomachi. It's about a 20-30 minute walk from Mukonosou Station. You need a bus or a car to get there. It's a liquor store in a shopping district that was built for a public housing project, but it seems to specialize in local sake. They do have an Instagram, but they don't update it often, so it's better to check it out in person. They seem to have chosen the brands they carry so that they don't compete with other stores nearby. Amanoato, Tenka, Gayama-ryu, Matsu no Kotobuki, Sasakazu, Sugi Nishiki, Shitaizumi, Hoshi Ichi, Kurouemon Jurokuyo, Hanagaki, Katano Sakura, Kazuhiro, Hyakurakumon, Hanaboe, Miyako Bijin, Banshu Ikken, Chushingura, Jukishin, Benten Musume, Taketsuru, Sanboshiku, Bunkajin, Harada, Asahi Kiku, etc. There may be more? The aroma is melon-like. It has a strong alcoholic taste, but it is sweet and refreshing. In the second half, the alcohol and astringency converge. This is a unique type of flavor that you won't find anywhere else.
