Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. The aroma is sweet and full, with hints of banana, candy candy, cereal grains, and custard cream. The intensity of the aroma is medium. Smooth and pleasant on the palate. A refreshing hint of citrus appears soon after. The 13% alcohol content gives it a light mouthfeel. It has a medium aftertaste with just the right amount of astringency. A mellow sake.

I enjoyed only the sound of the Yodogawa fireworks the day before 😅. I used to be able to see them from my house 🎆. The first half of the wine has a strong rice-like sweetness, but the second half is spicy with a short aftertaste. It's not sweet, but I like this type of sweetness. I think it is a strong sake that can be aged for a long time. On the third day, the sweetness becomes more pronounced, and it is my favorite type of sake.

Good evening bouken🍶. That's the same Ayahana I was drinking in Nishinakasu 😊 Isn't it delicious 😋. The brewer seems to keep the sake at room temperature and is very confident about the strength of the sake 😆.

Hello, Matsuchiyo-san ☀☀☀☀ It was delicious 😋. I wonder what is the difference between hiragana and kanji 🤔 Not many stores seem to stock hiragana... I felt this is a strong sake the moment I drank it 💪.

I asked the distributor of Asahi Kiku in Fukuoka about it and he said it was a limited time only label, but I didn't ask him more about it😅. It's also good warmed up 🍶.

It is sweet, though the sweetness seems moderate among Tsukiyoshino's. The sourness like plum is unique. Personally, I would have liked it to be a little sweeter like Tsukiyoshino's usually is.

Katano Sakura has been a long time coming. It has a nice aroma and a delicious rice flavor. It is easy to drink with a little spiciness and acidity, just like Katanozakura. It has a nice sharpness, and you can't stop drinking it! Today we had it with sashimi and chicken wings. It was delicious!

The rice is Hitogokochi. The top aroma is gentle but sweet. It is sweet and delicious, but reserved and calm. It is apple-like. Compared to Miyamanishiki and Yamane Nishiki, which we have drunk so far, it has a calm atmosphere. When drinking it again, the aroma is gentle, but the taste is sweet and delicious.

It's been a long time since I've seen Tsukiyoshino's, and now that we have a local distributor, it's going to be easier to get them. A liquor store near Haretoke used to carry it, but the actual store seems to have gone out of business, so I guess you can only buy it here in the Kansai region. I thought I had never seen this sake before, but the label is different, but I have had a sake with the same specs in the past. It's just as gorgeous as when I drank it before, a sweet and savory pineapple, and very tasty. The bitterness lingers a bit, but the sweetness is so strong that I don't mind it too much.

Purchased at Nakamura Sake Shop. I was able to buy it again this year. The aroma is not so strong. It has a green apple flavor and is refreshing. It was so refreshing that it disappeared in my mouth. I can't stop eating more. We had it with grilled swordfish and sauteed oysters. It was delicious.

When served at room temperature, the cold sake gradually becomes lukewarm, and a flavor reminiscent of kombu dashi (kelp soup stock) can be felt, resulting in a burst of umami that lingers on the palate.

On the second day after opening the bottle, I served it on the rocks as specified by the brewer, and it was not so watery and not bad. However, I prefer to drink it cold and drink it as it is. I prefer to drink it cold and drink it as it is, because it has a bubbly and mellow taste.

A new brand newly released by Uozu Shuzo, which changed its name from Motoe Shuzo to Uozu Shuzo in December, after a three-year absence. A Tokyo-based company called Sake Capital has taken over the business, which is in the same family as Tenka and Shibachu. The labels share the same design. The president is also the same person as Tenka. Incidentally, the Shibauraku brewery seems to have been incorporated from a sole proprietorship. It seems that he was involved in the revival of Ginban, Asakura, and Fuji-Takasago, so he must have a reputation for revitalizing sake breweries. The flavor is light and lychee-like. Modern atmosphere. I didn't feel the gasiness mentioned on the label on the back. I guess it is slightly bubbly because bubbles appear when pouring it into a glass.... The sweetness is moderate and rather spicy. To be honest, it is a bit harsh compared to Tenka and Shihu...? Maybe it's my fault that I imagined it to be sweet. The Shiboritate that was released exclusively at the Meimon Shukai during the old regime is still closer to my taste. Maybe it's because they share the same parent company, or maybe it's because the distributors of Amahana and Murasakyu are now handling it. I'm going to try to buy a bottle of the traditional Beiyo brand next, since it seems sweeter.

Strong effervescence. Sweet, sour and spicy. I think it has a nuance like rum raisins. Interesting sake. Some mizu-hashiroshi sake has a smell like Sawan (pickled dumplings) or pickles, but this one is less peculiar.
