bouken
Strong effervescence. Sweet, sour and spicy. I think it has a nuance like rum raisins. Interesting sake.
Some mizu-hashiroshi sake has a smell like Sawan (pickled dumplings) or pickles, but this one is less peculiar.

Good evening 🌆
The acidity of Hanaboe is addictive. Sometimes I want to drink it irresistibly 😋.

bouken, I drank this at the mizu-hashiro challenge and it tasted good 👍I was afraid to drink it because I had heard that Bodhidhashi type is like a pickled herb 🤣 but I guess it is an easy drinker with no peculiarities 😉.

Hello, Tsukemogami 😃.
I find the way of brewing sake that leaves the acidity open, no yeast added, and other methods of brewing left to nature very attractive!

Hello Manachie😄
The Bodhidharma of Five Girls in Chiba was a gory Sawan, but the sweetness was also gory sweet and I wasn't sure if it tasted good or not 🤣.
