Milky white with a slight yellowish tinge. The aroma is weak. The texture of unrefined rice grains is present, and the mouthfeel is thick. The aroma is reminiscent of hachitako (bean curd). The astringency and acidity linger in the medium aftertaste. Mellow sake.
