Transparent with a faint yellowish tinge. Aroma reminiscent of vanilla custard cream, aged raisins and a slight withering aroma reminiscent of mushrooms. The aroma is strong. The mouthfeel is somewhat smooth, which is unexpected given the characteristic aroma. After a while, a strong astringent taste rushes in, and the aroma is reminiscent of whiskey. The aftertaste is a little rough and powdery. It has a long aftertaste. A mature wine.
