Slight aroma of rice, soft attack. Taste clear and dry, goes in quickly and has a dry aftertaste.
It's like scooping up a spring in the forest and finding sake. boukenPurchased at Nakamura Sake Shop in Mukomotomachi. It's about a 20-30 minute walk from Mukonosou Station. You need a bus or a car to get there. It's a liquor store in a shopping district that was built for a public housing project, but it seems to specialize in local sake.
They do have an Instagram, but they don't update it often, so it's better to check it out in person.
They seem to have chosen the brands they carry so that they don't compete with other stores nearby. Amanoato, Tenka, Gayama-ryu, Matsu no Kotobuki, Sasakazu, Sugi Nishiki, Shitaizumi, Hoshi Ichi, Kurouemon Jurokuyo, Hanagaki, Katano Sakura, Kazuhiro, Hyakurakumon, Hanaboe, Miyako Bijin, Banshu Ikken, Chushingura, Jukishin, Benten Musume, Taketsuru, Sanboshiku, Bunkajin, Harada, Asahi Kiku, etc. There may be more?
