I came here to fill in the map of Sake-no-Wa because I had some extra time due to various mishaps in my schedule.
I drank mainly sake from Kyushu, which is not easy to fill in.
I started with Kagoshima's Tenpyo.
I see that this brewery also received technical guidance from Takagi Shuzo, the brewer of the Jyushiyo brand.
The first aroma is like sweet and sour malted rice.
In the mouth, it has an elegant sweetness and a beautiful acidity, and it finishes cleanly.
It is a well-balanced, modern-style sake.
It looks like something but I can't remember 🤔.
It was delicious 🍶.

This is my first visit to Ichibei since its relocation. It is nice to see that they still offer the same great value for money drinking sets as before.
The sashimi platter is a perfect accompaniment. The aroma is clear from the moment it is poured, and the rich flavor is balanced with just the right amount of acidity for a great taste.
