I bought this when I went on a tour of Nada sake breweries. Nada's male sake is famous, but Fukuju's sake is rather less so, especially this eco Fukuju, which has a soft and modern taste.
Special junmai sake from the Uchigasaki Sake Brewery in Miyagi Prefecture, brewed by the Uchigasaki Sake Brewery.

Brewer: Uchigasaki Shuzoten (Tomiya City, Miyagi Prefecture)
Rice: 100% Sasanishiki grown in Miyagi Prefecture
Type: Special Junmai Sake
Taste: Gentle on the palate, with a delicious sweetness from the rice
Recommended to drink: As a mid-meal drink, cold

The label also indicates that it is nigori (light nigori) sake. Nigori sake is characterized by a cloudy white appearance and a mild, sweet taste due to the coarse filtration process after fermentation, which leaves the rice and koji components.
It has a slight scent of hinegaka, but it is not bothersome because it is delicious.
It is a light and pleasant sake that goes well with meals and is suitable as a food sake. Delicious.
Junmai-shu made from 100% Kura-no-hana sake rice
It tastes mild and persistent when drunk at room temperature without being chilled, but is delicious when chilled.
Rokka Sake Brewery was in the alcohol section of a department store, and when I tasted it, I liked it so much that I decided to buy it.
After returning home, I tried it again and found it to be delicious!
The aroma, sweetness, umami, and acidity are all robust, and even though it is a raw sake, the mouthfeel is not so heavy because it is about 16 degrees, so I really like the way it spreads gorgeously in my mouth!
It is delicious!
Purchased at the brewery during a trip to Suwa.
It has a mild taste, a heavy aroma, and an old type of sake! This is the kind of sake I used to drink in the old days.
The photo shows the bottle on the right.
My favorite of the bunch!
Sweet and sour, fruity, easy to drink without any peculiarities.
A delicious sake with little character.
