This is my first attempt at a drink that is highly rated on Youtube and elsewhere.
As expected, it's a popular sake. It has a strong umami flavor, but is still soft and tasty. It is a skillful sake, like a comedian's trick to get a laugh even in the midst of strict compliance.

Soft mouthfeel, not as strong as Taruhira, but strong and umami. I had it cold, but I am sure it would be delicious warmed up as well.

It has a nice color as it is manufactured in 2019 - w
Well, the top aroma is slightly acidic with a complex sense of maturity.
In the mouth, there is a moderate sweetness with a slightly peculiar rice flavor and acidity.
It was like a slightly sour Shaoxing sake.
It was a sake that was the opposite of the Kyushu Sanzo we drank today.
