(Souvenir) [Snack] Grilled pork tenderloin The label was said to have been worn off by vibration while being brought back on a motorcycle, but when drinking it, there is no problem with the taste. It is 19 degrees, so it comes with a gusto, but you can also taste the water taste gradually afterward, which helps to shed the fatty taste in a nice way. Rating: B+

Place of purchase】Ricos Amanuma 3-chome store [Snacks] Miso-glazed pork I did an experiment to compare old and new drunken whales. 1) Purchased yesterday (2) Purchased three years ago and stored in a sake cellar (-5 degrees Celsius) (1) was dry with a nice aroma and a high acidity, but a little bit of a tangy taste was bothersome. (2) has transformed into a smooth dry sake with a moderate aroma, and is interesting because it seems to be a step up in quality. Rating: (1) B- (2) B+

Where to buy】Hashimoto Sake Brewery @ CAMPFIRE [Offering] Shabu-shabu A crowdfunding return gift. I was disappointed that it had a good mouthfeel and sharpness but no further impact... but after taking it out of the cellar and letting it sit for a while, the original goodness seemed to come out and it became a good choice for a mealtime sake. Rating: B

Where to buy】Hashimoto Sake Brewery @ CAMPFIRE 【Occasion】Vegetable stick Crowdfunding return gift. This Junmai sake is named after Sanemori Saito, a Heike warlord in the Genpei wars, who is associated with Kaga City. It is quite sharp and dry, but to be honest, it is not my favorite. Rating: C

Where to buy】Makuake The accompaniment is senbei soup. This sake was rescued from a refrigerator that remained after the Noto Peninsula earthquake that completely destroyed the sake brewery. It is aromatic and slightly sweet, and is very easy to drink with a smooth finish. Rating: A
