雅Today I wanted to go to Chitashige after a long time, so I stopped by to buy some cosmetics for my wife 😆👍.
I was curious about Rokune, Abe, and Bunkajin, but they were all dry and light, so I passed on them and went crab-walking to see what else I could find. I found Tenzan Oriagarami ‼️ and chose it because it had a note warning to open the bottle even though I knew nothing about it.
I saw other customers asking the clerk what they wanted to buy! (◎_◎;)

The aroma is lactic acidic with a hint of ginjo 👍.
The fizziness is just a tingle on the tongue and the taste is also lactic acidic with a hint of bitterness.
It's more suitable for a mealtime drink than a standalone sake😄.

I was having a hard time finding what I wanted, but I came across this 😆 I had never heard of this brand before, but it was delicious 👍With the brewer of Shichida? (I'm looking forward to your review on ‼️ 🤗 ばんばんぶーWhen sipped at room temperature, it has a gentle sweetness, a hint of acidity, a melon-like ginjo aroma, and a delicious rice flavor.
The alcohol tanginess comes in at the end and it is very tight.
It is dry, clean, and of good quality. It is also good in terms of cost.
When drunk warmed, the alcohol tingle fades and the sweetness and umami increase.
However, since it is originally dry, it is not too sweet, so it may be better suited to be drunk hot at first.

The aroma is muscat, similar to Omine 😋I have high expectations even before drinking it!

Yes 😅 every time I see the label of Kamikawa Daisetsu I think of the wheel🛞🤣. 雅It's a dry, refreshing, slightly fizzy liquor for being labeled "dolce" and was delicious as a food wine 🤣👍👍. 雅Kaygetsu👍 compared to Kameizumi

For the third year in a row since I started drinking sake at home in earnest, I will start New Year's Day with a Māka from Horaisen, a local sake brewery in Aichi 👍.
The past two years I started with only Maka, so this year I was planning to start with Houraisen's Sora and compare the two 😆️and I️️️got a bottle of Houraisen.

As I've said in past reviews, the price is too expensive 😭Houraisen is too expensive 😭.
Still, it's a local sake and once you get to know the taste, you have to buy it😭.
It's so delicious‼️.
That said, I've had a variety of delicious sake with good cosmetics and I'm not sure if I dare to buy Houraisen, but I can't help but buy it during New Year's ❤️ love for my hometown.
