The aroma is fruity and more like a brew than a ginjo 🤔❓❓
The specs only mention the rice polishing ratio and the alcohol content, so I don't know.
The taste is classic, with a strong bitterness 💦The sharpness is good, so it goes well with peculiar bonito sashimi👍.
But considering the price, Ichikyorai is better and cheaper than Kuroryu.
