It is light nigori (lightly nigori) but heated. The concept of the store seems to be "deliciously spicy matured junmai sake" and "junmai heated sake", so nigori heated sake... let's give it a try!

It's been a while since I've had Dewa Sanzan. I thought it might be a little too refreshing, but when I paired it with today's dinner of avocado salmon... it went really well.
The light green bottle was very beautiful and, most importantly, it was cheap (980 yen for a four-pack!)... so... it was a very cost-effective water. So... it is a very cost-effective water!
The spring shibori on the official website specifies ogara-mi nama-shu, but the one at hand doesn't have it, and the polish is different. Is it rare? LOL!
Not a jacket purchase, but a color purchase. It was glowing in the showcase, so...
The taste is normal in a good sense. It is dry and easy to drink. I am confident that if you don't look at the color, you can't tell it's oak barrel.
I remember drinking a special junmai a year ago that didn't quite hit the spot, but this one is as good as it gets. It has a strong ginjo flavor. The best food sake!
