Tonight, too, we are enjoying Haginishiki, a local sake. We usually drink honjozo sake, but sometimes junmai sake is also great hot. So we are enjoying Suruga-drunk sake. It is delicious. Thank you very much.
Tonight, I am enjoying "Kuheiji Usu-nigori", a limited edition sake that is only available once a year, which has been left in the low-temperature refrigerator for a month. I have no excuse for this, but it's hard to find the right time to enjoy it in my own way, slowly and leisurely. I have not been able to find a good time to relax and enjoy it in my own way, so it has been a long time coming, until tonight. I am enjoying the delicious food. Thank you very much. Thank you very much!
It's great to enjoy a top grade sake, kosaeita, made with local water from the Abegawa River and served hot! Compared to the usual second-grade sake, it seems to have more umami from the rice. I'm a food sake drinker, so this is the perfect partner for me! Thank you very much! Thank you very much!
It has been a long time since I have posted. The cold weather is still continuing. That's when I enjoy my favorite local sake, served hot. Tonight, I am going to enjoy Karakuchi sake. As for myself, I am sure that I will never get tired of regular honjozo, and I might even like it. I hope you all enjoy Shizuoka's Haginishiki as much as I do! LOL!
This sake is only made once a year and is bottled directly from the tank! I'm sorry to say that this is my personal impression, but it is a good sake that does a good job with a little bit of sweetness and a lot of bubbles, just like Gikyo! Every year, every year, it never fails us, lol! Please continue to make all the chivalrous fans' throats growl! Thank you for your continued support!
I am sorry to say this at this late date, but I am enjoying a bottle of Hyakuharu Hiyadoroshi tonight. It has been in the fridge at a low temperature for a long time and has not been able to be removed. Thanks for everything.
Tonight was a special day for me! I know it's not really relevant, but today is the day I took the trouble to slowly pull out some delicious sake from Aichi Prefecture from the refrigerator, which is kept at a temperature of zero degrees Celsius! I am now enjoying the sake with all my might! It was a day of gratitude! Thank you very much!
It's the autumnal equinox. Tonight, I'm going to enjoy "Saku" for the first time in a while, my favorite junmai sake with a refreshing lychee flavor! It's the best! It's autumn! Let's all continue to enjoy the autumn season! Thank you very much for your hospitality!
I guess the rest of the world is still on Obon vacation. I am still doing my best with no time off and no vacations. Tonight, I'm enjoying my favorite Gifu sake, the thick, rich and rich with a little bit of cucumber from Fusashimaya. Even in the hot summer, drinking pon-sake once will calm you down! Thank goodness for that. It was delicious! Thank you very much for your hospitality!
This sake is from my favorite sake brewery near my parents' house! When I go to this brewery, I usually buy and drink the hot sake, which is basically second-grade sake, but after a while, I heard that a young couple was working hard to make a new cold sake, so I gave it a try. I tried it and found it to be very tasty! It's a product that reminds me of the town where I was born and how "water goes well with sake"! I believe that the best sake is the one that can be drunk casually, without being overbearing. I am currently enjoying the best hot cold sake in the hot summer! It's delicious! LOL!
Am I the only one who thinks dry sake goes well with summer? It is an inexpensive local sake from the Chita area, but I would be happy if it spreads throughout Japan. It will be hotter and hotter from now on, but I would like to enjoy drinking more and more "Sake" rather than beer or highballs! Thank you very much for your hospitality!
To the person with no name.
Thank you all for a great week!
You all lead different lives!
But anyway..,
I'm sure you're all going to enjoy yourselves as much as you can,
I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as you can!
Oh, Mat, you missed it..,
Today we are having a Junmai Daiginjo of Kaygetsu!
It's a great cospa, but it looks like they put a lot of time and effort into the basics,
Isn't it the best?
I am given great timing in my own way!
I am very grateful! Thank you!
Two hares, the best balance of two opposing matters. I think this is what we need in this day and age. I feel the terroir of Okazaki with Manzai rice that is more than 100 years old! Tonight is also a good time to enjoy drinking at home.
It's getting hotter. The world is getting busy with barbecues and such. Well, I am still enjoying delicious sake. Today, I had a bottle of Junmai Ginjo-shu from Hanazono, a sake brewed in Aizu. I am sorry to say this is my own subjective opinion, but Aizu sake is really stable. I am grateful for that. Let's all have a great summer! It was delicious! Thank you very much for your hospitality!
Tonight, 88 nights have passed since the first day of spring, and I am enjoying this sake at home. I hope you will enjoy it as well! It was delicious! Thank you very much!
Tonight, I enjoyed a local Shizuoka sake. I have traveled quite a long way, but I have to say that second-grade sake is the best sake for me to drink in a relaxed and carefree manner. The world is in the midst of the Golden Week festivities, but that doesn't matter to me this year, so I'll be drinking Haginishiki second-grade sake again tonight!
Hakusen Shuzo has been greatly upgraded with the help of young brewers! This time it's a limited edition of Honjozo Shiboritate! It has a very good taste! It has a strong alcohol content, a high aroma, and a very rich flavor! It is the best pon-sake with the best cost performance!
A new school year is about to begin. New school year, new members of society.... Many things will change at once. From now on, I hope each and every one of you will experience and be moved by many things! And please enjoy your life to the fullest! ...And so, tonight, while indulging in such thoughts, I am, as promised, enjoying a bottle of January "Chivalrous Chivalry," which opened today, just as I promised. It is only once a year. After all, it doesn't betray us every year, does it?
I woke up this morning to the turbulence of the WBC! I'm sure we're going to win! ...So, tonight, I will pray for a "victory" and enjoy the perfect "before dawn"! Yes, it's a little cloudy, but even if it's cloudy, we'll still win! It is the best sake! Thank you very much for the sake!
