Today I wanted to go to Chitashige after a long time, so I stopped by to buy some cosmetics for my wife 😆👍.
I was curious about Rokune, Abe, and Bunkajin, but they were all dry and light, so I passed on them and went crab-walking to see what else I could find. I found Tenzan Oriagarami ‼️ and chose it because it had a note warning to open the bottle even though I knew nothing about it.
I saw other customers asking the clerk what they wanted to buy! (◎_◎;)
I'm going to have to go to Chitashige from now on: ‼️
Then open the tap: ❣️
❓
It doesn't spew at all💦.
I just close it up and shake it👍
But it doesn't blow out.
The aroma is lactic acidic with a hint of ginjo 👍.
The fizziness is just a tingle on the tongue and the taste is also lactic acidic with a hint of bitterness.
It's more suitable for a mealtime drink than a standalone sake😄.
It went well with yakitori 🤣👍👍

Good morning, Masa 😃.
I see you sell Tenzan in Nagoya, I wonder if they will remove the differentiation from Shichida...
In the past, Tenzan was the most popular Saga sake: ❗️

Hi Haruei Chichi😄
This is my first time to know about Tianshan and I was wondering what the standard is like 😆 I see there is a differentiation with Shichida 😳‼️ maybe because it was originated from the cage, it was just normal and tasty www.

Hi Masa🌸
I didn't know Chitashige has Tenzan in their store 💡 How did you manage to find it among that many sake 😆.
I'm going to have a drink with the brewer of Shichida this week, so I'll ask him about it in a flash: 🙋🏻
