The last one is the Autumn Wine Fertility Moon🎶.
On the first day of opening the bottle... the aroma of alcohol has too much impact 💦.
After the second day, the sweet aroma from the rice is rich and very satisfying😍.
The first day, it doesn't seem to be twitchy or hard.
The first day was not too hard and not too sour 😥.
I think it was too bad with the tempura? 🤔
After the second day, the acidity calmed down?
It has a mellow mouthfeel.
The flavor and sweetness of matured rice
The sweetness and umami of the matured rice came out and it changed a lot 😆.
I also like the fact that the bitterness gives it a nice kick 🎶.
It became my favorite sake when compared by itself 😍.
It goes well with beef stew and hokke 👍.
I can't drink it tomorrow as I have my 4th vaccination 😥.
