I thought I was done with summer sake, but there was still some left in the cellar so I opened a bottle 😅.
I found it still left in the cellar and opened the bottle 😅.
The aroma is sweet with a strong banana 🤔.
The banana🍌-like sweetness as well as the aroma is compatible with the rice flavor 🍌.
The sweetness of the banana 🍌 is balanced with the delicious taste of the rice 😋.
A little bit strong acidity and a nice sharpness 🎶 that goes down your throat nicely.
I had an image that Tatenokawa, which I am in charge of this time, tends to be dry, but this is a little different 🤔.

I don't drink that much either, but I have the impression that Mitsuo Yamakawa's taste seems to go in a different direction every time 🤔.
If it's banana🍌 type, you can get it with a high probability if you drink alcohol that uses capsule yeast 😁.
